Too:

“Too” is an intensifier that is used to indicate that something is more than is desired or necessary.

For example:

The cake was too sweet for my taste. – La tarta era demasiado dulce para mi gusto.
It’s too cold outside. – Hace demasiado frío fuera.
The food was too spicy – La comida era demasiado picante
I can’t go, I’m too tired – No puedo ir, estoy demasiado cansado.

Enough:

“Enough” is an intensifier that is used to indicate that something is sufficient or as desired.

For example:

I’ve had enough dessert for one night. – Ya he tenido suficiente postre por una noche.
I don’t have enough money for that – No tengo suficiente dinero para eso
Do you have enough food? ¿Tienes comida suficiente?
There is enough space in the room for a desk – Hay espacio suficiente en la habitación para un escritorio.
